Ingredientes
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Pommery mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 2 x Green onions, coarsely minced, white and green parts
- 1/2 x Red onion, finely minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh dill, coarsely minced
- 16 x New potatoes, cooked, liquid removed and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard with the remaining ingredients, except the potatoes, and mix well.
- 2. Pour over the hot potatoes and season with salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste.
- 3. Let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
