Receta No Bake Cookies
These are great to let your kids make. Perfect for introducing them to the kitchen.

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. oats (uncooked)
- 2 c. peanut butter
Direcciones
- Bring the sugar, lowfat milk, cocoa and butter to a rapid boil for one minute.
- Add in peanut butter and oats till the mix thickens.
- Drop the mix by the spoonful onto waxed paper
- Let set till hard.
- It's important which you get the mix out of the pan as fast as possible or it may harden in the pan.
- Makes 10 cookies (depending on size).
