Receta No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats -- uncooked
- 1/2 c. coconut flakes
- 1/3 c. minced peanuts
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 10 ounce peanut butter chips
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine sugar, peanut butter, and oil in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly till sugar melts. Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter chips to saucepan, stirring till morsels heat. Add in to oat mix, stirring mix till dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by roundedteaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerateabout 30 min or possibly till set.
- Yield:about 60 cookies, 30 servings.
