Receta No Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt optional
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 x Egg whites
- 2 lrg Bananas ripe, mashed
- 2/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Corn Syrup
Direcciones
- Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin c. with cooking spray. In medium bowl combineflour, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In large bowl,using a fork or possibly wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly. Stir in mashed bananas,lowfat milk and corn syrup. Add in flour mix; stir till well blended. Spoon into prepared muffin c.. Bake in 400 deg. oven 22 to 25 min or possibly till hard to touch. Cold in pan 5 min. Remove: cold on wire rack.
