Receta No-Fat & Sugar Free Smoothie
Ingredientes
- 2 c. ice
- 1 to 1-1/2 c. of non-fat lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Splenda
- 1-2 tbsp banana, orange, vanilla, or possibly strawberry extract

- In blender, put together lowfat milk and ice. Blend till a milkshake consistency is reached. Add in Splenda and one or possibly more of the flavorings or possibly extracts of your choice. Process on high speed for 1 minute.Makes about two 8 ounce glasses.
