Receta No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (1/4 ounce) quick rise yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water (110 to 115 degrees)
- 2 T honey
- 2 T butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in honey; add in butter, salt, and whole wheat flour. Beat on low speed till well blended. Stir in all purpose flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place till doubled, about 30 min. Stir 30 strokes with a spoon, pour batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch bread.
