  • 1 1/4 c. uncooked converted rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg. "Pick of the Chicken" or possibly 3 breasts, 3 thighs and 3 drumsticks

Direcciones

  1. Cut whole breasts in half, making 12 pcs of chicken. Remove skin from chicken. Put together rice, soups and water in a large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking pan. Spread mix around. Place chicken on top of rice mix, bone side down. Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and poke holes in foil with fork. Don't uncover while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
