Ingredientes
- 3 x Chicken Breasts, No Skin, No Bone, R-t-c
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 lrg potatoes
- 10 ounce Cream of Mushroom Soup onion salt -- to taste pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and salt to taste.
- Heat butter in large casserole dish.
- Slice potatoes (round) into casserole dish and salt with onion salt to taste.
- Place sliced chicken on top of potatoes.
- Spoon mushroom soup on top of chicken and potatoes.
- Pour 1/2 to 3/4 soup can of water into dish.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.

- This one is amazingly good for something so ridiculously simple.
