Receta No Fat Chicken Dish

Ingredientes
- 2 x chicken breast, cooked
- 1 x onion
- 1/2 x bell pepper
- 1 can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1Â 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1Â 1/2 c. chunky salsa
- 1 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- Saute/fry first three ingredients in skillet using cooking spray. When cooked, add in last four ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 min. Allow to stand for a few min and stir. Serve with flour tortillas.
