  • 6 T scalded lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Stir into scalded lowfat milk: nuts, sugar, salt and vanilla. Heat butter and add in to nuts. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold into nut mix. Let cool.
