Receta Date Nut Bread With Chutney Spread

Ingredientes
- 1 x Date nut bread halved across if round, lengthwise if loaf, then cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 8 ounce cream cheese cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar - (abt 3 ounce)
- 1/4 c. mango chutney
- 2 ounce macadamia nuts - (a handful)
- 1 piece crystallized ginger shaved or possibly grated
Direcciones
- Pulse ingredients for the cheese spread in food processor till mix is combined. Transfer spread to a small serving dish and garnish with shaved crystallized ginger. Serve with the date nut bread.
