Name: Nut Cup Cookies
Ingredients: 1 pkt Cream cheese, 3 ounces; 1/4 lb Margarine, (soft), one stick; 2 Tbsp. Margarine; 3/4 c. Brown sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 x Egg; 1 c. Grnd nuts, (I use walnuts, but you can use pecans or possibly whatever nut you prefer)

Ingredientes

1 pkt Cream cheese, 3 ounces
1/4 lb Margarine, (soft), one stick
2 Tbsp. Margarine
3/4 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 x Egg
1 c. Grnd nuts, (I use walnuts, but you can use pecans or possibly whatever nut you prefer)

Direcciones

Dough: Mix together with mixer and chll one hour. Make 24 balls and press into small muffin pans to make "little c." and add in filling.
Filling: Heat margarine, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in egg and nuts.
After filling c. with filling, bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
