Receta Nutty No Sugar Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Plus 3 Tbsps. vegetable oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Date sugar
- 1/2 c. Minus 1 1/2 teaspoon water
- 3 x Extralarge Large eggs, or possibly 6 whites
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr, well packed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil the bottom only of a 9 X 9 inch baking pan.
- 2. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients except baking soda till well combined.
- 3. Stir in baking soda quickly and mix (28-30 beats) till smooth.
- 4. Immediately pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
- 5. Turn down the oven to 325 degrees and bake another 15 min.
- 6. Remove pan from the oven and place on a wire rack, cold for 30 min before cutting brownies.
- NOTES : DATE SUGAR: Made from dehydrated grnd dates. It resembles coarse brown sugar but is not refined and contains valuable minerals and fibre. Date sugar can be found in most health food stores. Can be frzn.
