Receta Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1/3 c. Salad oil
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1Â 1/2 c. Blueberries
- 1 c. Unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Soak oats in lowfat milk till moisture is absorbed. Add in salad oil, egg, brown sugar and blueberries and mix thoroughly.
- Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, baking pwdr, salt, allspice and nurmeg and add in to oat mix. Mix thoroughly.
- Fill greased muffin c. 2/3 full. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min till golden. Serve warm.
