Receta Old Farmhouse Chutney Cheese Ball

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 c. Old Farmhouse Chutney (see recipe)
- 1/4 c. finely-minced scallions white, pale-green
- 1 med garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 c. coarsely-minced pecans
- Â Â Thinly-sliced Granny Smith apple for garnish
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Old Farmhouse Chutney, scallions, and garlic. Stir till well blended. Add in Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, and stir to combine; season with salt and pepper. Form into a ball, and roll ball in pecans. Garnish with apple, and serve.
