Receta Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 4 T cocoa
- 6 T lowfat milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cocoa. Add in oil, buttermilk, large eggs, vanilla, and hot water, mix well. Bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 min, till tests done with toothpick. Ice cake while still hot, straight out of the oven.For icing: Heat butter in medium saucepan, add in lowfat milk and cocoa and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well with hand mixer and add in pecans. Pour over still hot cake in baking pan.
