Receta Old Fashioned Tapioca With Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. reduced-fat (2%) lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. quick-cooking tapioca
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Â Â Lemon Sauce (see recipe)
Direcciones
- Whisk lowfat milk, sugar, tapioca and lemon peel in heavy medium saucepan to blend. Let stand 5 min. Stir over medium heat till mix thickens and boils, about 5 min. Remove from heat. Fold in vanilla. Cover and refrigeratetill cool, at least 4 hrs. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
- Spoon into small bowls. Spoon Lemon Sauce over and serve.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
