Receta Old Time Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. cool coffee
- 2 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. coconut
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 T flour
Direcciones
- Put just sufficient mix to cover pan, about 1/4 inch deep. The thinner the layer, the better the cake. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Test with straw. If it comes out clean, the layer is done. Cool.Mix the filling. Put sugar, flour and lowfat milk in iron frying pan and cook till it thickens. Beat till cool and add in vanilla. Put between layers. This cake should have 6 thin layers. "The filling never gets hard."
