- 2 x garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. low-fat hard silken tofu
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
Direcciones
- Mash garlic with kosher salt into paste in mortar and pestle or possibly with side of knife. Transfer to blender. Add in extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil and low-fat hard silken tofu; blend till smooth and creamy. Transfer to serving bowl. Stir in minced fresh flat-leaf parsley.
