Ingredientes
- 5 eggs
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- fresh parsley
- fresh dill
- 3 slices of ham
- 1 red pepper
- black pepper
- oil
- salt
Direcciones
- 1.Cut the ham in cubes.
- 2.Wash,take out the seeds of the red pepper.
- 3.Wash and chop the parley and dill.
- 4.Peel and slice the onion and garlic,stew them in the hot oil and set aside.
- 5.Wash,broke and pour in a bowl the eggs.
- 6.Beat the eggs with pepper,salt,and the rest of the ingredients.
- 7.Heat the oven,smear a tray and pour the mix in it.
- 8.Bake it till it haves a nice colour.
