Ingredientes
- 4 c. berries, pears, apples, or possibly peaches
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar

- Prepare fruit as you would for any other cobbler and set aside. Heat butter or possibly margarine in same pan as cobbler will be cooked in. In a separate bowl, Mix the lowfat milk, flour and sugar. Pour onto the butter or possibly margarine being certain to maintain the butter or possibly margarine around the sides of the dish. Pour fruit on top of the flour mix and shortening. Bake till crust is cooked (about 30-45 min, depending on whether cooked in deep or possibly shallow pan) at 350 degrees.
- Great topped with ice cream, frzn yogurt, whipped topping or possibly grated cheese
- (for apples and pears).
