Receta One Pan Chicken and Veggie Bake
A special supper that takes minutes to prepare and the oven does all the work. One Pan clean-up!
Ingredientes
- 2 Whole boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
- One Large Sweet potato
- 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1/4 head Cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Stock (low sodium)
- Dash of Garlic Powder
- Dash of onion salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Cut Chicken breasts in half and sear each piece in olive oil for a few minutes transfer to a large skillet
- Cut and cube sweet potato, Add cut Yukon gold potatoes, add seasonings, vegetable stock, cut cabbage onion, cover with foil and place into a 375 F hot oven and bake 35 minutes undisturbed
- Voila-supper is served!
