Receta Onion Wrap
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 red onions, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground flax
- 1 Tbsp sprouted Quinoa flour ( I always have some in freezer - you could replace with almond flour)
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- dash oregano
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 2 Tbsp sun dried olives (optional)
