Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. Water, or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange peel, grated
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 x Apple, cored and cut into thin wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Pecans, coarsely minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine bisquick, water, orange peel and cinnamon in bowl. Stir till fairly smooth. In skillet, cook apple wedges in butter till tender, about 4 min.
  2. Stir in nuts and syrup. Heat through and keep hot. For each pancake, use 1/4 c batter. When done, top with hot syrup mix.
