Receta Orange Chicken With Ginger

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken legs and thighs with skin removed
- Â Â Garlic pwdr and onion pwdr to taste
- 2 x Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 2 x Navel oranges, peeled and sectioned, then each section cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger (grnd ginger is OK)
- 4 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Dry basil
Direcciones
- Season chicken with garlic pwdr and onion pwdr, and place in the refrigerator for a couple of hrs. Combine minced garlic cloves, orange juice, oranges, ginger and vinegar. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/4 - 1 hrs. Serve warm over a bed of brown or possibly basmati rice.
