Receta Orange-Ginger Dressing
This was the house dressing at a restaurant I worked in. I used to make this at least once a week!
Keep in mind, I made about 3/4 of a gallon at a time, so you can cut the recipe as you see fit.
Ingredientes
- 2 cans frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
- 1 quart rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup (and a bit more, if preferred) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup grated ginger, with the juice
- 1 quart ( or so) salad oil
Direcciones
- Mix everything together, let sit for about a half hour, then stir again and serve.
