- 1/4 cup orange marmalade (plus 1/2 cup for glaze)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
