- 1 med Head romaine lettuce, cut into thin shreds
- 1 med Sweet juicy orange, cut into small pcs
- 1 bn Radishes, sliced or possibly cut into coarse chunks
- 1 x Red bell pepper, cut into rings or possibly small strips
- 1/2 x Red onion, sliced very thinly
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Â Â Lemon/lime juice, to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Cumin to taste
- Â Â Cayenne pepper or possibly harissa, to taste
