Ingredients: 26 x Regular or possibly reduced fat oreo chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed (about 2 c.); 1/3 c. Fleischmann's margarine, melted; 24 x Marshmallows or possibly 2 c. miniature marshmallows; 2/3 c. Lowfat milk; 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped; 1 c. Green creme de menthe; 2 Tbsp. White creme de cocoa; Chocolate curls, for garnish

Ingredientes

26 x Regular or possibly reduced fat oreo chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed (about 2 c.)
1/3 c. Fleischmann's margarine, melted
24 x Marshmallows or possibly 2 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. Lowfat milk
1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
1 c. Green creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. White creme de cocoa

In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press 2 Tbsp. mix into each of 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan c., pressing onto bottom and up sides of c.; chill.
In large saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together marshmallows and lowfat milk till mix is smooth; cold to room temperature. Fold whipped cream and liqueurs into marshmallow mix. Spoon into prepared c.. Freeze till hard, about 4 hrs. To serve, remove paper liners; garnish with chocolate curls.
