Receta Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (1-lb) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 stk butter, melted
- 1/2 gal Mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- 1 stk butter
- 2 ounce Unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 can (12-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk (don't use skim)
- 1 ct (8-ounce) Cold Whip, thawed
Direcciones
- For cake: Combine crushed cookies and butter. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Freeze.
- When crust is frzn, spread ice cream on top of crust and return to freezer to freeze solid.
- For topping: Combine batter, chocolate, sugar, and evaporated lowfat milk in heavy saucepan. Cook 10 min, stirring constantly till thick. Cold, then spread over ice cream; freeze.
- When frzn, top with Cold Whip and return to freezer till ready to serve.
