Receta Orzo Pasta Salad 2
Ingredientes
- 3/4 C uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 C crumbled feta cheese
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, onion, and parsley.
- In small bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture, toss to coat.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with feta cheese.
- (Can also mix with chicken)
