Receta Oven Baked Battered Scallops

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Garlic clove
- Â Â Vegetable spray
- 1 lb Sea scallops
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- Â Â Paprika
Direcciones
- Mince garlic to equal 1/2 tsp.. Preheat oven to 500 F. Soak scallops in mix of buttermilk and garlic. Spray baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray. Drain scallops, roll in bread crumbs, place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8 to 10 min till opaque throughout.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
