  • 2/3 c. Original Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 3 lb broiler-fryer chicken - (to 3 1/2 lbs) cut up

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat margarine in rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches, in oven.
  2. Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin-sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be warm).
  3. Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min longer or possibly till juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pcs are cut.
  4. This recipe yields 5 servings.
