Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 2/3 c. Original Bisquick
- 1Â 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1Â 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 3 lb broiler-fryer chicken - (to 3 1/2 lbs) cut up
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat margarine in rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches, in oven.
- Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin-sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be warm).
- Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min longer or possibly till juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pcs are cut.
- This recipe yields 5 servings.
