  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. shredded cheese (8 ounce)
  • 3 T finely minced onion

  1. Beat large eggs and lowfat milk together; add in rest of ingredients and pour into ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch, and bake uncovered for 1 hour or possibly till center is set. Serve immediately.Variations: Add in ham cubes or possibly shrimp to egg mix before baking.
