  •     celery seed
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  •     skim lowfat milk
  •     egg whites

  1. Dip a lb. of chicken tenders in lowfat milk then in the crumbs and placed the pcs on a Pam-ed sheet of aluminum foil. There were sufficient crumbs which you could probably do another 1/2-3/4 lb. of chicken.

  3. probably shorten the time. For bone-in chicken, you'd want to bake the piecesfor about 40 min.
  4. Also, for the first dip I'll probably combine egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water to make it a little stickier.
