- 3 c. rice krispies crushed
- Â Â steak seasoning (Adam's)
- Â Â pepper
- Â Â celery seed
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- Â Â skim lowfat milk
- Â Â egg whites

- Dip a lb. of chicken tenders in lowfat milk then in the crumbs and placed the pcs on a Pam-ed sheet of aluminum foil. There were sufficient crumbs which you could probably do another 1/2-3/4 lb. of chicken.
- For the tenders, I baked them at 375 for 15 min, turned them and baked for another 10. It was the first time I'd made anything like which and I'd
- probably shorten the time. For bone-in chicken, you'd want to bake the piecesfor about 40 min.
- Also, for the first dip I'll probably combine egg whites and lowfat milk or possibly water to make it a little stickier.
