Receta Oven Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 T brown sugar
- Warm sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soak chicken in lightly salted water for 1 hour, before cooking. Damp dry. Mix together flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add in wings a couple at a time to coat. Bake 40 to 45 min on a cookie sheet. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and hot sauce to taste. Baste on wings last 5 min.
