Receta Oven "Fried" Chili Chicken

- 1 lb Chicken thighs without skin
- Â Â About 6
- 1 lb Chicken breasts without skin
- Â Â About 3
- 2/3 c. Corn flake crumbs
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x d Grnd red pepper
- 1 x d Garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Remove all visible fat from the chicken pcs. Combine crumbs and spices in a plastic bag. Rinse chicken pcs in water and then toss a few at a time in the crumbs till well coated. Place pcs on a rack in a shallow pan and bake in a 375 oven for 40-45 min or possibly till tender and no longer pink.
