Receta Oven Fried Fish Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1 lb flounder fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
- 5 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Direcciones
- Cut fillets into serving sized pcs and coat both sides with mayonnaise.
- Combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika in a shallow dish. Press fish into crumb mix to coat both sides. Place on baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 12 min or possibly till fish flakes easily.
