Receta Oven Fried Salmon Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 c. Herb-seasoned
- Â Â Stuffing-crush
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 2 x Garlic cloves -- chopped
- 1/4 c. Parsley, fresh -- minced
- 4 x Salmon steaks -- 1 inch
- Â Â Thick
Direcciones
- Combine oil, lemon juice, and half the garlic. Place salmon steaks in shallow pan and pour oil mix over. Cover and chill 30 min, turning after 15 min. Remove from marinade. Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley and remaining garlic. Dredge salmon in stuffing mix. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons marinade over. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 min.
