Receta Oven In One Thai Lamb And Foccacia Burgers

Ingredientes
- 250 gm grnd lamb
- 1 x onion, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, minced
- 2 tsp Greggs Thai seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x foccacia loaf split in half
- 1 tsp Cotterill & Rouse sweet chilli mustard plus extra for spreading
- 1/4 jar Dolmio Traditional sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp minced fresh mint
- 1/4 c. fresh or possibly canned mango
- 1 pkt Watties Golden brown Heart wedges
- 2 Tbsp. Mainland grated cheese
Direcciones
- Mix together the lamb, onion, mint and seasoning and form into 2 large burgers.
- Cover and refrigeratetill required.
- Place all salsa ingredients into a food blender and blend till slightly chunky.
- Pour the oil onto a preheated oven tray and add in sufficient wedges for two.
- Place into a 180 C oven for 20-30 min.
- Add in the burgers for the last 10 min and the foccacia for the last 3 min and sprinkle cheese over the wedges.
- Remove from the oven and spread a little mustard on the foccacia.
- Top with a burger and add in the salsa.
- Place the wedges alongside and serve.
