Receta No Bake Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- Â Â graham-cracker pie shell
- Â Â ready-to-fill
- 1 env plain gelatin
- 1/4 c. water cool
- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- Â Â granulated sugar substitute
- Â Â to equal 4 tbsp sugar
- 8 ounce lo-cal ("light") cream chees
- Â Â or possibly neufchtel cheese
- Â Â instant vanilla pudding mix
- Â Â one 4-serv envelope
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon or possibly orange rind grated
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Â Â strawberry romanoff sauce
- Â Â see recipe optional
Direcciones
- Unwrap pie shell and set aside. Sprinkle gelatin on cool water in a small saucepan, and set aside to soften. Combine lowfat milk, sugar substitute, and cream cheese in blender; cover and blend smooth. Add in vanilla pudding mix, lemon juice, rind, and salt; cover and blend smooth. Spoon into pie shell and refrigeratetill set.
- To serve: Top each slice of pie with Strawberry Romanoff Sauce, if you like.
