Receta Oyster And Parmesan Cheese Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 pt oysters, freshly shucked and without liquor
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Place oysters in the bottom of a shallow baking pan. Heat butter, then add in garlic and lemon juice and pour over oysters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 min on 375 degrees. Serve hot with warm sauce if you like.
- Chefs Notes: Parmesan cheese is a hard cheese which is not supposed to be which bad for you.
- From what we understand, the soft cheeses have the highest fat content.
