Receta Paleo Spicy Shrimp
Ever heard of the Paleo Diet? It mimics the types of foods people -hunters and fishers — ate prior to the Agricultural Revolution. These foods include fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood. Anything that is processed is off the list – yes, including grains and dairy! The Paleo Diet encourages dieters to replace dairy and grain products with fresh fruits and vegetables – foods that are more nutritious than whole grains or dairy products. In this sense, Paleo is like a no-carb diet.
This spicy shrimp recipe qualifies as a Paleo since none of the ingredients used are processed. Olive oil which has always been my preferred cooking oil anyway, is on this okay list. You can adjust the spiciness of this recipe by altering the amount of chillies and red pepper flakes. Whether as an appetizer or main dish, this Paleo spicy shrimp is real hot!
