  1. Bring 2 quarts water to a boil; keep it simmering.
  2. Combine rice flour and 1/2 cups of water and blend thoroughly.
  3. Shape dough into egg sized ovals and flatten with fingers.
  4. Drop each plaitaw balls in boiling water one at a time.
  5. Scoop out with clotted spoon as soon as they float.
  6. Drain.
  7. Roll in grated coconut then on sugar with sesame seeds.
  8. Place on a dish and serve.
