- 6 Tbsp. Minced sundried tomatoes --

- 3 tsp Minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan

- Â Â FOR DRESSING
- 1/2 x -3/4 c.
- Â Â Virgin/virgin
- 1/3 c. Rice vinegar
- 1 sm Shallot -- , finely minced
- 1/4 tsp Minced garlic
- 24 x Minced basil leaves

Direcciones
- Toss parsley flowers, minced garlic and sun-dry tomatoes. Mix dressing ingredients together, and add in to parsley mix. Toss again. Put on platter or possibly in individual dishes and sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. paremesan cheese over each serving
