Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. ascorbic citric pwdr
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 6 c. sugar
- 5 quarts. cool water
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 (6 ounce) can frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1 quart. ginger ale, chilled
Direcciones
- Put together ascorbic-citric pwdr and 1/2 cup boiling water; stir till the pwdr dissolves. Put together sugar and cold water, stirring till sugar dissolves. Stir in ascorbic-acid mix, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate.Add in ginger ale just before serving. Serve over ice. Yield: about 2 gallons.
