Receta Passion Fruit Meringue Smoothie

Ingredientes
- 2 sm White meringues, about 5cm in diameter
- 250 gm Strawberries, (or possibly other fruit in season)
- 2 x Passion fruit
- 3 scoop ice cream, or possibly to taste
- 100 ml Lowfat milk, or possibly to taste
- Â Â To serve:, (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream
- Â Â Pulp and seeds of 1 passion fruit
- 1 x Meringue, crumbled
Direcciones
- Place the meringues, strawberries and lowfat milk in a blender or possibly food processor, then whizz.
- Add in the ice cream and the seeds and pulp of 2 passion fruit. Blend again.
- Taste and add in extra lowfat milk if desired a thinner drink, or possibly extra ice cream if desired it thicker.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve, topped with the crumbled meringue, passion fruit pulp and whipped cream, if using.
