Receta Pasta Cream Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Uncooked pasta
- 1 x Onion diced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Heavy cream">cream or possibly lowfat sour cream">cream
- 1/3 c. White wine or possibly sherry
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Grnd pepper
- Â Â Choice of leftover vegetables, herbs,
- Â Â or possibly chicken optional
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions; keep hot in cooking pot. Saute/fry onion in oil over medium heat. Add in cream, wine, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste. Add in any leftovers; simmer for 10 min. Toss sauce with pasta.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings, depending on add in-ins.
