Receta Pasta Maison

Ingredientes
- 1 lb fresh pasta (spinach or possibly tomato/basil fettucine is especially good)
- 8 x sundried tomatoes minced up (soak in warm water for 15 minutes)
- 1 x minced onion
- 2 tsp minced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
- Â Â minced scallions for color
- Â Â extra virgin olive oil to saute/fry in
- Â Â salad shrimp
- Â Â sliced olives
- Â Â parmisian cheese
- 1/4 c. white wine
Direcciones
- Basically, you saute/fry all the stuff in extra virgin olive oil, add in some black pepper, and toss with your pasta. The sundried tomatoes are tangy, sweet and kind of chewy. I keep a restaurant sized jar of minced garlic in my fridge as well as those jars of pre-minced "fresh" basil. Pretty handy.
- Variations include:zucchini, carrots, broccoli, etc. Any veggie saute/fry on pasta is delicious! Fresh tomatoes are good too because they'll simmer down to a sauce, but right now I'm really stuck on the sweet sundried tomatoes.
