Receta Pasta Salad With Feta Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. salad or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon snipped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 8 ounce pasta spirals
- 12 radishes, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. cubed cucumber
- 1 c. cubed tomato
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. feta cheese
- Lettuce or possibly spinach leaves
Direcciones
- In small bowl or possibly jar with tight-fitting lid, put together oil, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, pepper and garlic. Shake thoroughly and let stand. Meanwhile, cook pasta as package directs. Rinse with cold water and drain. Mix pasta with radishes, olives, cucumber, tomato, onion, mushrooms and cheese. Pour dressing over all and gently mix. Serve on lettuce or possibly spinach leaves.
